Booking & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee of £60 is required to secure your wedding or event date. Your booking is confirmed once the booking fee has been received and is deducted from the final balance.

The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding or event date.

All payments are the responsibility of the booking client.

Bridal Previews

Bridal previews are recommended approximately 6–8 weeks before the wedding date to ensure every detail is perfected ahead of your special day.

Wedding Morning

To ensure timings run smoothly, all members of the bridal party should be ready at their allocated time with clean, fully dry hair unless advised otherwise.

A suitable space with natural light, seating and a table or flat surface is required for setup.

Venus Hour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by lateness, venue access issues, other suppliers or circumstances outside of our control.

Travel

Travel costs are calculated from Newport, South Wales and will be included in your quotation.

Parking charges and, where necessary, accommodation costs are to be covered by the client.

Bookings requiring very early start times may incur an additional early morning fee.

Changes & Cancellations

All booking changes must be made by the bride or booking client.

Additional services are subject to availability.

Booking fees and completed preview appointments are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the wedding date may require partial or full payment of the remaining balance.

Allergies & Liability

Clients are responsible for informing Venus Hour of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions prior to any services taking place.

While every care is taken, Venus Hour cannot be held responsible for reactions to products used during services.

Photography & Content

From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken for portfolio, website and social media purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please notify Venus Hour in writing before your appointment.

Supplier credit is always appreciated when sharing professional photographs online.
